Dealer Sales Reps Love TechScholar
“Don’t tell me everything – Just tell me what I need to know”
That’s what dealer sales reps tell us, and that’s our core competency
Why TechScholar Works
TechScholar trained dealer sales reps get what they need to know within 25 minutes. They learn the topline features, benefits and KPI’s. They find out how to “Recognize the Opportunities” and to “Start the Conversation”. TechScholar gives them a competitive edge – Learn and Earn.
Convenient for Sales Reps
41% of Dealer Sales Reps complete PTMs on their own time. TechScholar is web-based and available 24/7. This allows sales reps to train on their own schedule without cutting into valuable selling time. PTMs take 25 minutes or less to complete and are available for repeat or review whenever reps need a refresher.
Cost Effective
TechScholar consolidates training costs that are often dispersed across multiple budget lines. Travel expenses, in-person training, lunch and learns, meeting prep time, and even webinar expenses can all be significantly reduced and consolidated into one comprehensive budget.
Measurable Results
Training compliance and quiz scores are tracked and regularly reported. Management reports include individual performance and quiz scores, training time, and aggregated metrics for divisions and regions. International reporting includes user performance by country.
What is a PTM?
A PTM is an acronym for a Product Training Module. Our PTMs are concise online training modules that target a product’s or service’s key selling points. PTMs are published to a campus where they are available for inside and outside sales reps and other key personnel to complete.
PTMs use a graphically consistent format including text, multimedia infographics and images with optional voice over. Users complete a quiz to verify comprehension and confirm training compliance. PTMs include links to downloadable collateral.
PTMs take about 25 minutes to complete.
What is an LMS?
A Learning Management System (LMS) is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of educational courses or training programs.
